WHOA! check out the time man.
i just got home at 3AM. *wipe sweat* haha wad a day.
i did enjoy myself quite abit though *grins* too bad the next half of the day i wasn't too enthusiastic as my mind was clouded with thoughts that bothered me so much.

i had my class chalet today and i was the first 'guest' who was actually PUNCTUAL. 4pm they say and i was there around that time. maybe abt 15 mins later cos i took time walkin to the stupid chalet which i realised was so damn far. LOL i live in marine parade area and walkin to east coast is a easy feat but then now there's so much upgrading going on, walkin to the underpass alone took 5 minutes or so longer than usual O_O!!! geez.. when i got there only adeline (the reaaaaalie tall one) and janice was there. frankly speaking not many people turn up, as according to the number of people we have in our class, but then it's a good crowd so it was quite fun. ^^ lemme see, my grp i hav terry, jere, shaikha n myself; sureen's grp there's sheena and sureen herself; elaine's grp has only janice and herself, alvin's grp has huisan, gloria, simon and himself. not bad lah 12 people in total. heh good number. but all came pretty late. at about 6PM den we started having people coming in i think. first to reach after me was alvin and jeremy, sureen and simon came the latest. damn late in fact. 11 plus at night i think if i never remembered wrongly?

anyway after i arrived, we waited for the time to reach 4:30 so dat we can go and book a bbq pit. me and huisan went to book a pit or rather, get the pit, and man it was such a rip off!!! so expensive! the smaller pit was $16 but then nearly half the size of the bigger pit and can obviously cook less. the bigger pit cost only $2 more at $18! *roll eye* we took the bigger pit and when we got back, i realised the metal gauze they bought was too damn small. they spent $4.50 on it. i could've gotten a gauze double it's size at the same price hahaha but nvm, wad was impt was to find a way to make the gauze be usable so i found some bricks to stack up in the bit to alleviate the gauze higher and on a later note found more bricks to lay above the gauze (which has a brick under it) to make sure the gauze don't sink inwards in the center under pressure from the food we put above it. stupid huisan kept refering the sinking in part as "nicoll highway" haha stupid. she say she first time bbq but she was having lotsa fun and i was teaching her how to do it right haha she's not bad at it and we crapped alot. she took care of all the satays, hotdogs and crab meats while i took care of all the chicken wings. not bad!! we managed to cook ALL the food with no leftovers!! haha oh i forgot to mention. I, was the one who started the fire!! within an hour i managed to get fire started and it was hot! not just flaming of course but good working flames and through observation of how melvin started the fire the last time round at wil's house and what my mum taught me, i tried using minimum amount of firestarter and grinded some into powder form to sprinkle above the charcoals den set juz a couple of firestarters in to start off with. it worked well. *beams with pride*

hahaha! YAY!!!!! i managed to pull it off!!! and and *continues with excitement*hahaha well u noe, fire do die down after a couple of hours and things get less hot, i manage to restart them each time for 3 times! neat! haha the charcoals was burning red and the it was hot and good for bbq-ing totally and the chicken wings cooked up really quickly by then.

oh yah i forgot to mention. shaikha brought maha over haha good to see that he too enjoyed while he was there. we fed him with food, we played games and things was pretty fun. halfway in between i went to chat o'er the phone with wilfred. let's just say things didn't go well from there onwards and soon after i hung up with him, i became rather listless and often stare into space. enthusiasm died and thoughts just simply clouded my mind throughout the night. my mensus juz came tonight/morning. maybe that explains why i got emotional? i normally get pretty emo the day before my mens come so.... *shrugs* it was very fun bbq-ing with huisan and janice. somehow by doing that the whole evening, it made me feel closer to the both of them and i grew to like both of them very much. they are both very very down to earth people and very simple and nice. cool to hang out with. very comfortable. *smiles*

later after midnight we decided to go out and play some bowling. alvin and jeremy drove us over to marina square's superbowl. it opens 24 hour haha surprisingly was the fact that even though it was 1am in the morning when i checked my hp, the bowling alley was still pretty crowded! haha didn't know so many bengs or wadever liked to bowl but it was good at least to feel some 'life' in the place and it was crowded. l tend to prefer crowds. makes places feel more alive. i scored a few strikes once in awhile and jeremy gave me some pointers on where i should stand where i should aim. did i mention he is a very good bowler? has his on bowling ball and glove and stuff. coaches some secondary sch kids bowling too. haha anyway i got lousier as the time passes cause my hands started to get sweaty and i was sleepy and distracted also by wilfred's issue. (ps. sheena, maha, n shaikha left before the bowling and alvin & simon has already left by then.) it was fun. we wasted some time in the arcade before splitting up to go home. while the rest of the girls took a cab back to the chalet, jeremy sent huisan back to the chalet first, den me home, den terry home and lastly sureen. it was a great day all in all and i had fun. haha still kinda proud o'er the fact that i started such a good fire hahahaha cos i came realise how unreliable guys can be sometimes hahaha i was expecting the guys to get the fire started the other time at wilfred's house end up they spent more than 2 hours and STILL!!!! the fire didn't start!!! can u believe it!?!? end up melvin came down to help us start fire and suggested the same thing as my mum did haha should've taken o'er in the first place.

shaikha was quite impressed with me startin the fire. was askin me where i learnt all these. well, i replied her that many things in life in learnt through observation. lolz i observed how mel started the fire that time and listened to the advice dat my mum gav and also used some techniques i observed from my aunt when we had a bbq couple of years back.

alritey then, that was what happened for today~!! IT WAS FUN!! hope we get it again next year or something. ^^
